The only difference between plans is the number of admin and staff accounts available.

Can I switch plans at any time?

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. If you upgrade, you gain access to additional admin and staff accounts immediately. If you downgrade, the change takes effect on your next billing cycle. There are no penalties for switching.

Is there a free trial?

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. Enterprise customers can also arrange payment by invoice if required. All payments are processed securely.

Do yearly plans include a discount?

Yes, yearly billing saves you up to 17% compared to monthly billing across all plans. The Basic plan is £199.99 per year, the Pro plan is £299.99 per year, and the Enterprise plan is £399.99 per year. You get the same full feature access with yearly billing.

Will I get access to new features when they launch?

Yes. All upcoming features including the iPhone and Android App, Invoice and Quote Generation, Live GPS Tracking, Built-In Payments, and Website Calendar Integration will be included in every plan at no additional cost. When a new feature launches, it will be available to all Dispatcha users automatically.

What happens if I need more staff accounts?

If your team grows beyond your current plan limits, simply upgrade to the next tier. Moving from Basic to Pro gives you 2 admin accounts and 6 staff accounts. The Enterprise plan offers unlimited accounts for larger operations with no cap on team size.
